Edinburgh Castle Concerts
Every summer, the esplanade at the castle is transformed into a venue for gigs in Edinburgh. Where better to see your favourite band? Artists such as Kylie Minogue, The Proclaimers and Rod Stewart have all performed against the stunning Edinburgh Castle backdrop. This summer you can catch The Script on 17th July and Stereophonics on 23rd July.
Edinburgh Summer Sessions
Princes Street Gardens is the ultimate sun trap on sunny days. But visit the city in August and you’ll be here just in time for the Edinburgh Summer Sessions. Held in the Gardens from 7th to 18th August, there’s plenty of cool gigs to catch. Lionel Richie is performing on 9th August, Tom Jones on the 10th and Michael Kiwanuka on 11th. Then The 1975 are here on the 12th August, McFly on the 13th and Simple Minds on the 18th. When it comes to Edinburgh summer concerts, there’s nowhere better to rock out than Princes Street Gardens.
