Now, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra will bring it to life on stage, along with other classic seasonal songs. The Snowman will be screened alongside the music, and will be narrated by Jamie MacDougall. A perfect festive sing-along evening for all the family.

An Edinburgh Christmas Carol

Legend has it that Charles Dickins got his inspiration for A Christmas Carol when visiting an Edinburgh graveyard. He spotted a grave stone for one “Ebeneezer Lennox Scroggie – mean man”. The stone does, in fact, say “meal man”, but nevertheless, an idea was born. And so, the Lyceum Theatre brings this classic Christmas tale back to Edinburgh, where it all began.

Scottish Ballet: The Snow Queen
