So, when you don’t fancy a tipple, teeing off on a championship green is the perfect way to take a break from the cobbled streets of Edinburgh. Plus, you can make the most of the great Scottish outdoors. To help you take in a few rounds during your stay, here are a few of our favourite golf courses in Edinburgh.

Bruntsfield Links

Bruntsfield Links is one of the most prestigious golf courses in Edinburgh. Founded in 1761, the Bruntsfield Link Society is the fourth oldest in the world. The course is situated just six miles north of the city in beautiful Scottish parkland. Offering some of the best views of the breath-taking Firth of Forth. Not only is Bruntsfield Links a beautiful golf course in Edinburgh, it is a favourite with golfing pros, and has been selected as a Qualifying Venue for the Open Championship.
