Edinburgh Science Festival

Edinburgh Science Festival is the largest science festival in the UK, and indeed one of the largest in Europe. Bringing scientific events, talks, shows and exhibitions to Scotland for two weeks over the Easter holidays. It’s an inspiring festival for all ages, with an entertaining programme for families and adults to enjoy.

When does it take place?

The 14-day festival happens annually, each April, during the school Easter Holidays. Check the official website for this year’s dates.

Various venues are used across Edinburgh. Such as City Art Centre, Dynamic Earth, Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and National Museum of Scotland.
